Not Where You Want To Be.

I’m doing a series of photos for The Geek Group‘s website. A long standing bit of humour is that the error pages have dinosaurs in them. I changed up the website design this week, so I need new error images! The theme is “Not where you want to be.”

Because I was in the mood, the photos even have captions!

This dinosaur is stuck in the basin of the autoscrubber we use to clean our floors.

This dinosaur is running away from a giant insulator. Who knows how much voltage could be on the other side.

This dinosaur is stuck in the basin of the lathe. It tends to rain plastic and metal shavings all day, and that could be painful if you’re only an inch tall.

This dinosaur is stuck on the steadycam shoe in the soundstage. It’s a quick connect, so hopefully he won’t get squished when they start shooting video!

This poor dinosaur is stuck in the spark gap for Project Arcturus, our giant Tesla Coil. What the dino knows and you do not is that the spark gap rotates fully 360 times every second. He wants to be anywhere else – well, almost.

We all knew eventually the dino would run into the robotics cage and he found his way onto one of the welding heads. He’s really, really hoping nobody decides to start welding with the robot today.
