One of my favourite things in indoor photography is light bouncing. As a fun fact, it’s also one of my favourite things to do in 3d rendering. Making a room, putting lots of colours in it, putting lots of light in it, and seeing what happens.

I also really like pink for my rooms. It’s very flattering to my colouring, and it strong while still being slightly subtle. In my bedroom the ceiling is painted pink – in the morning the whole room radiates warmth because of it.

In tonight’s photo, I had the main light on, the table lamp, the light in the hallway and my flash (pointed at the ceiling). I really love all the ways the light interacts and how even everything is.

We’ll call it a success. Today was not a very productive day, but it was a very important day. Tomorrow should be better.. back in the swing of things, so to speak.

I’m also enjoying the sunlight outside. I tried to take a photo today during the daylight, but it ran away just a little too quickly. It was so nice out I didn’t even need my jacket. I look forward to more days like this!
